VisitsPlus.com collects the full name and contact number for a traveler when a travel reservation is made. We may also collect information about each traveler's preferences, including meal requests, seat selection, frequent flyer/hotel/car rental programs and ticketing options. When someone other than yourself is accompanying you on travel purchased through VisitsPlus.com, we may collect Personal Identifiable Information and travel preferences about that individual. You should obtain the consent of other individuals prior to providing VisitsPlus.com with their full names, contact numbers, e-mail addresses, and travel preferences, as they will be unable to directly access our systems to view or change any information you provide on their behalf. When you reserve your travel through VisitsPlus.com, you are requested to provide the billing address of the credit card that is used to purchase your travel. We will also collect credit card information, including card number, card type, cardholder name, and expiration date, in order to bill you for your travel. At no time will we sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may, however, choose to disclose any information, including personally identifiable information, we deem necessary, in our sole discretion, to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. Since we are our own tour operator, we process the purchase of your travel reservation and request. We DO NOT share with our partners and providers your credit card information. 4. We follow reasonable technical and management practices to help protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of data stored on our system. Our site encrypts your credit card number and other personal information using secure socket layer (SSL) technology to provide for the secure transmission of the information from your PC to our servers. For the protection of your credit card information, VisitsPlus utilizes a VeriSignTM secure site for accepting credit card information.
