TOUR ITINERARY:
Day 1.
Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Day 2. Today's private
journey begins with a tour of the Cu Chi Tunnels, an important
base during the American War where a 200km long network of
tunnels connecting command posts, hospitals, shelter and weapon
factories that was never discovered during the war. After lunch,
enjoy sightseeing in Saigon filled with street markets, sidewalk
cafes and sleek new bars. Attractions include Notre Dame
Cathedral, Central Post Office, City Hall, Ben Thanh Market and
Binh Tay Market. (B,L)
Day 3. Today's unforgettable private journey takes you to
the Mekong Delta in My Tho, known as Vietnam's 'bread basket'
which produces the rice that feeds the entire country. It is an
eye-opening experience for culturally inspired. Traveling by
long tail and row boats through a series of canals, you will
catch a glimpse of Life in the Mekong Delta, undisturbed by
modern civilization, exactly as it was from half a century ago.
Shore excursions include several islands in the Mekong Delta
with unique handicrafts, fruit orchards, and fishing villages. (B,L)
